hacker value

its pretty much my hypothesis about a word "hacker value" which is misinterpreted A LOT, for me hacker value means alot of things depending on the sense, something which is of value to hackers.

if i am going to focus this around hackclub YSWS, i love alot of them, im going to list out

one wrangler by bunnyguy, it made me explore things about blender which i wouldnt have normally,

another one is third space which made me collaborate with my friends despite of our skills gaps and act as a missing piece

and the last core component is obviously prizes, "prizes" shouldnt be just domains, ps5, laptops BUT a common goal where i feel like ysws like stardance & macondo should exist to bring in new hack clubbers

i also feel like bringing the community together and making them work toward a common goal makes the hack clubber get the most out of hack club, whether it is working towards a irl event (like we did for fallout? peak) or working towards a common prize like a 3DP where all of us were connected by a single bond of interest towards 3d printing, deven wrote something similar once about adventures and friendships being the real hook behind ysws not just the prizes, and thats basically what wrangler and thirdspace were for me

i genuinely love hackclub, before hackclub i didnt really have or meet anyone of my age into stuff like this in which i was, which was okay but always made me feel like im missing out on things which others arent, hackclub was my missing piece where i had a chance to go to fallout (a 7 day hardware hackathon in shenzen china) where i was really nervous about meeting others but it turned out better, way better than what i expected, i had a wonderful chance to meet and talk to zach, though it was small i appreciate it, the only regret i had from fallout was not interacting with everyone :p

i have another 2 years in hackclub, and i hope to enjoy it to the fullest

thats my 2 cents about how ysws should be and make hack clubbers ship something they will appreciate
